I'm Kaden

I started Automate Utah in 2025 after years of watching business owners waste hours on the same repetitive work: chasing leads, following up on quotes, and re-entering the same information into three different tools. Knowing the systems exist is one thing. Knowing how to build them so they actually create value for a specific business is a different skill entirely.

Before this, I studied biotechnology, which is where I picked up a systems-first way of thinking about problems. Then I spent six years in sales, leading a team that generated more than $2 million in lifetime revenue. Both of those backgrounds shape how I build: start with the outcome you actually need, then build backward from there.

I've built systems for more than 10 businesses so far. I take on a handful of Utah County service businesses at a time and build every system myself, which is exactly why founding spots are limited. You won't get handed off to a call center or a support ticket. When you apply, you talk to me.

A little more about me

I grew up in Springville, Utah, and now live in Orem with my wife. We have a baby on the way. When I'm not building systems for clients, you'll usually find me on a golf course, playing pickleball, snowboarding in the winter, or traveling somewhere new.
